Tile needs to be temporarily removed in front of dishwasher so unit can be removed. Installer said the dishwasher is down as far as it would go. If you look when the tile was added it was cut to fit around the 'feet' of the dishwasher. So remove it. Have the dishwasher chagned out, reinstall tile. I do have extra new tile if needed.
