Cruz Electric and Handy Service,LLC

This company was very unreliable. Steve showed up for the job several times but never started. Finally after almost two weeks they came and installed some window glass and that was it!!!!. I really needed a furnace installed but they totally cut me off and went to service other customers and stopped answering my phone calls and text messages when I was scheduled first. Several appointments were made and he didn’t show up. He had all these personal issues as to why he couldn’t start the job. Very disappointed and a total waste of time.

I cannot praise Steve and his Cruz Electric enough. We needed a new hot water heater. He got exactly the brand we wanted and even the larger size we wanted. We have an older house which made installation very difficult. Yet, he did an outstanding job for a fair price. We had used Cruz Electric in the past. Every time we call him he responds promptly and performs the work competently and for a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone and, in fact, plan to recommend him to all of my Facebook friends today.
