Uintah Fireplace and Design

This is perhaps the most unethical business I've ever dealt with, and that's saying a lot. I bought my fireplace insert from them, but have NEVER been able to get them to fix it. Most recently, a repairman who also said he's a salesman (surprise!) told us the only solution for us was to rip it out and replace it and the entire tiled structure around it because it was out of code and couldn't be repaired. The cost? An estimated $4,000. In reality, it is entirely up to code (we had a contractor verify that), and another repairman fixed it without ripping out anything in less than an hour by replacing the blower, which is exactly what we told the Uintah repairman wasn't functioning. This business preys on people and wastes their time and money. DON'T HIRE THEM.
