Let me explain how One Stop Estate Shop, LLC came to be! To begin, I am a third generation Realtor and am also a third generation construction company owner. I have owned and operated Greg Reynolds Construction, LC with my husband since 2005 and have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. My professional experience also includes holding the position of Closing Assistant at Southern Title. My knowledge in real estate and construction is vast. Also, by working alongside my aunt, a Probate Paralegal, I have added another unique set of services I can offer to my clients. The real estate, construction, and PR/Trustee Support Services offered are the reason for creating what I call the one and only One Stop Estate Shop! Many times a PR/Trustee is appointed, but for various reasons finds it difficult to fulfill their responsibilities with regard to the estate. They may live out of town or have a full time job that prevents them from addressing their duties in a timely manner. That's where I come in. I am hired by the PR/Trustee, (like any other contactor, i.e. appraiser, cleaning service, etc.), and paid through the estate/trust to assist them with any or all of the duties listed below. The PR/Trustee still receives their fees from the estate/trust and they get as much or as little help from me as they desire.
