We hired CMR to build a deck at our home in Cary NC. They met with us and were very informative on how they would build the deck from start to finish. Once the project started, they kept the site clean and very neat the entire time. There was a supervisor on site and met with us at the end of each day until completion. They built our new deck that is around 1150 sq ft in three days and we could not be happier! Would highly recommend CMR to anyone.

Worked with CMR to get deck done, a large group came out to see the area and give a quote, however none of them were the actual project manager, the subcontractor came to do the materials list, AFTER they had given a quote and we agreed to it, and then at the end of the project they asked me for money to cover their overages. Very poorly managed project, the actual deck that was built was great, excellent quality, but the overall communication and lack of true project management and then feeling like a bait and switch at the end leads me to not recommending my neighbors use them as I was at the beginning of this process.

Ron was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. His crew was prompt and thorough with building knowledge. I will always recommend CMR for all home renovations.
