Ideal Services is a PREDATORY company. They prey on vulnerable customers during very stressful moments of their life when they need to make a decision fast! Their fees are outrageously high because they know you will pay. The lack of compassion/understanding from their management is shameful. It's all about the money. DO NOT do business with Ideal or you will certainly get ripped off. Instead support an honest HVAC company that deserves your business.
