Bruce Jones

I highly caution you against using this company. Bruce Jones is the owner of the company locally. The work isn't bad but when something goes wrong, you have to stay on him to fix it. He is defensive and will try deny any wrong. For instance, while painting, they damaged our door. He tried to say that it was like that before they started, but it was a brand new door. He eventually agreed to repairing it. Two months later, still no repairs. I called him and he said he would send the repair company out. A month later, still no repair. I was planning to contact the BBB but called the main number to Five Star. After going through a few people, guess what? Bruce called me to state that the repair company had placed the order and that my door would be repaired in the next week. My door was finally repaired but it was 6 months after Bruce agreed to fix it. While they have decent work, I wouldn't risk using them because you have to go through to many hoops if they damage something.
