I had a small roof repair to perform. They came out and did an estimate for me. They were on time and communicated well. They were the only ones that actually got on the roof to look and see what was really involved. They did a good repair job. The only thing that they did not do was remember to send me an invoice after I paid them. But that is a small matter.
