BEWARE!!! Please, please, please reconsider before using this company on your home. These people are cons. We hired them to do vinyl on our home, windows, gutters, and install a couple of doors. They are super nice when trying to get your business. After the deal is done, it's all downhill from there. You will wait weeks, sometimes months to hear from them. They will set up times to work and not show up at all. It has been a year of ongoing problems with this company. The first time they came to the house, they were late, and then did not show back up after lunch. Many day they did not show up at all. My husband had to constantly watch them because they were supposed to replace the rotted wood, and they were not. He had to call them out on that. They also ensured us they could install our doors, paid them the money..then they couldn't get it right. They paid us our money back for that so we could have Lowe's install them, although Rick kept saying he was going to put it in the mail and never did. Finally after about a month he brought the check by. They installed 10 windows in our home, and most were done improperly and would not lock at all or were loose. After waiting and waiting, they finally sent someone out to fix our windows. They then broke our faucet and had to send someone out to fix that. The caulking on our windows is so sloppy on the outside of our house, dirt just attracted to it, and will not wipe off. Louis Frangos told us they would fix this. To this day he will not answer calls and texts to fix it. On multiple occasions, the workers have talked bad about my husband and our home in Spanish. My husband is also Hispanic so he caught on to this. When we first had our gutters installed, they leaked because they were not installed properly. They then told us it was because our roof was too old. That was a lie, because our old ones never leaked. We got a new roof put on recently and the guy told us that was a straight up lie. Also, why would you install new gutters if you knew our "old roof" would make them not work properly. I guess they thought we would hire them to do our roof after that. To this day, the gutters still have leaks. Once you start noticing problems, Rick will stop texting or answering your calls altogether. Same for Louis Frangos. The customer is not the priority, and never right. They are not concerned with you after they complete the deal. There are so many problems with the work they did. They cut corners, and do shoddy work. You can easily see the uneven cutting, and messy seams when you are up close to our home. The job easily looks 10 years old. We were willing to deal with it and let it go, however there were 3 problems that we just couldn't accept and should have easily been fixed. There is an ugly cutout in the vinyl right above our front door, and 2 unsightly seams right in the middle of our garage and middle of our daughters window that stick out like a sore thumb. We finally got ahold of Louis and he said to send pics of the issues. Every time we do, we are assured someone will be to fix them. When they finally come out (if they do), the workers constantly complain. It has been a week since some guys came out to our house to fix the 3 issues, and were supposed to deal with the caulking on the window. They were saying in Spanish "What do they want their house to look new." Well yes, if we are paying $9,000 (187 a month) we expect a job that looks new!!! My husband told them to just fix it and pack their stuff up and leave after that. However, they left and never came back and did nothing to fix the issues. They are very rude and unprofessional and never understand the problem or what they are supposed to fix, because Louis never shows them. Louis never calls after repairs are done or a job to see if everything is to satisfaction and there is no one for the workers to answer to or go behind and make sure things are right. They constantly cancel appointments or dont come at all. One time Louis scheduled to come out and on the night of said "Oh sorry, have to take my wife out for her birthday." Another time he came to our home with the painter while my husband was at work and I was home, then when I complained about something told my husband he wasn't there and that he was in Greece (like I'm stupid and hadn't already seen the man before!). Then the last time we told him we were going to take him to court he set up an appt. to get everything straightened out. The whole Saturday passes and he doesn't show. We call no answer, tell him that was his last chance and he calls back saying he "forgot" He said everything would be fixed, but I guess he doesn't care or believe because, they have never fixed the remaining issues we have. Also beware, Rick told us our first payment wouldn't be for about a month....the next week we received a bill due in a few short days. We have been paying for almost a year now every month and the house still looks like crap.
