WOW!! I can't say enough nice things about McGrew Service Company! From the office staff to the electrician, Nathan, who worked on my project to Richard McGrew himself - my job was handled perfectly from beginning to end! This particular project I had done at my mother's home. They showed her great kindness and made sure she was completely satisfied with their work. Part of her yard had to be trenched, which initially concerned her - you can't tell it was dug into anywhere! Her additional outdoor lighting is exactly what she needed. It has given her added comfort and sense of safety. What a gift to have this kind of service available. Installed Generac and two propane tanks as well as repairing and installing floodlights. Encouraged us to obtain comparable quotes from other vendors for Generacand provided a thorough description of all items, labor & install /labor expenses. After obtaining several references and one quote that was substantially higher, we had McGrew do lol the work. The day of the install and floodlight install was chosen at my convenience and everything was completed that day. There were two problems that were IMMEDIATELY resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone from the company manager to the receptionists and scheduler to installers were exceptionally courteous, answered all my questions and concerned, and made certain we knew how the Generac operated and is warranted. A couple of days later we received a follow up phone call to be certain we were satisfied. This year we have contracted with McGrew to install additional floodlights as well as add an electrical line. I have the detailed contract, received an emailed picture of the service person, and have a thorough understanding of what will be accomplished on the scheduled day. McGrew Service Company is exceptional in customer service, quality of work, and skilled electricians.

Every project that McGrew Service Company has been involved with has been excellent. At National Park Medical Center and at my home. From the workmanship to finding and delivering quality electrical products upon request! They truly are the "World's Greatest Electrician"!
