Took thousand dollar down payment left to get some tools and we never saw him again

Took one thousand dollars as down payment from an 81 year old man to install double gate Roy left to get tools to do the job have not seen him since he left on June 6th

See me on face book before using this man. I have documents to show he took thousand dollars for down payment on installing new gates from 81 year old man. Roy Swift is a con man.We have not seen Roy Swift since he absconded with the money
