  | House Remodel | Apr 2013 | Chrysalis Award Entry Whole House Remodel Entry This home renovation was done for a couple that was soon to be married. The entire project needed to be completed within four months, while the couple was also planning their wedding. This renovation included total redesign of the floor plan resulting in an open, functional home with natural lighting from the eco-friendly prairie style windows. All cabinetry throughout the home was custom designed and built by Craftsmanship by John. The new open kitchen included a breakfast area, lots of cabinet and counter space and a separate bar area for entertaining, adjacent to the dining room. | $422k | Houston, TX |
  | Residential Specialty | Apr 2013 | Chrysalis Award Entry Residential Specialty Item Entry This wine room was created to connect two condos, providing the space and functionality the clients wanted for entertaining. Craftsmanship by John reconfigured the walls to create a wine bar that is open to the rest of the home. The custom designed cabinetry featured custom finishes and Flemish glass inserts and backlighting to enable the clients to display their special china and dinnerware. The countertops feature beautiful 3 CM Saturnia Gold granite. African Mahogany French Doors were used to seamlessly combine the two condos into one. | $95k | Houston, TX |
