Paul was very nice on the phone when describing my project (install laminate floors). While he never produced anything in writing for an invoice, I went with him anyway because the work on his website was stellar. I was told the project (about 320 sq ft) of installation plus some dry wall work would take 3 days, but it ended up taking 7 days (Sat - Fri). Needless to say, my patience was running thin, and he blamed his other worker for screwing up the transition to my master bedroom. He never called me when he finished, and it is unacceptable to use a SHARPIE to color the edges of my floor that Paul deemed okay as a final product. I am disappointed and still trying to get him to fix his mistakes. He refused to answer his phone and said I could use the $200 (Huh?) I owe him to pay someone else to fix HIS mistake. I have reached out to Porch for their help and will continue to reach out to the necessary channels to end this nightmare. What he did was not right.

A very well done job installing light bard in our bathroom. A difficult installation. Fairly priced. Paul is my go to for the small jobs around my house.
