TIPS COMPANY aka.. Husbands for Hire

Many of us in the Houston construction-Handyman business know this thief and liar. He hired us as sub-contractors and we completed the $3,000 job on schedule. We were told we'd be paid upon completion. We were never paid and soon learned he had done this to many people/businesses. He has a drinking problem (see YouTube 4 DWIs) and is rude to customers, insulting their race, religion and sexuality. Conrad Tips is a Bigot. Stay away. His wife is also trouble. We signed an Agreement and she later said we didn't. She actually told us to "hire an attorney." Do not let them in your home or business - they are dangerous.

This guy shouldn't be allowed to advertise. He was drunk when he came to do a job with two workers (drunk, too). We asked him to leave and he demanded $200 "in cash" for coming to our home or he'd call the police. What an idiot. Be careful Houston. This guy and his wife Evelyn have criminal records.

This guy Conrad is clearly on drugs. We called to fix the roof and he said we need to add a garage but wouldn't do the work unless we switched to solar panels on the roof. We live in the shade. Just craziness. Beware.
