Pathway Homes was established in 1995 as a sister company to Houston Community Buiders, a real estate developer and home builder building affordable houses under the the Houston Affodable Housing program, “Homes for Houston.” Pathway Homes program was to build affordable homes on the buyer’s own property. with each home custom designed and built to the property owners needs and ideas. Over the years Pathway Homes has built homes from two bedroom, single bath homes designed for small lots to luxury thee-storied townhomes built on lots near the Houston Central Business District with homes ranging in cost from the mid-sixtys to over half a million dollars. All homes are designed and built to the City of Houston’s stringent building codes. Over the years Pathway Homes built a reputation with building inspectors and property owners for for building there homes to right way.
