Clean Service 2008 Co

As a real estate broker, this is the worst cleaning service I've ever used. Stay away from this service company. Not only they do horrible job, but they steal your stuff from your property. As a real estate broker, I recommended this company to one of my clients to deep cleaning an empty rental house. However, it turned out that not only the cleaning maid left floor dirty and dusty without cleaning, but she stole my client's box of gloves, paper tower, two putty knifes and several repair face masks. After we called the cleaning maid back to redo the cleaning, we found the box of glove and paper tower in her car trunk. The cleaning maid admitted she took them and then put them back to the house. Then we found face masks inside her car as we looked through the car's window. And we took pictures of the face masks. This time cleaning maid did not open the door of the car to give the face masks back to us. After cleaning maid finished second time cleaning, we went back to the car to get the face masks. But the face masks were disappeared from her car. And she totally denied there were face masks in her car even after we showed her the pictures of the face masks lying inside her car. Then we talked with a woman who claimed she is the biggest manager of the company. The manager said she was not there in the scene. She doesn't think the cleaning maid steal our stuff. I told her we caught the cleaning maid with box of gloves and paper tower in her car and the cleaning maid admitted that she took them. The biggest manager said that you caught the stealing because you do not want to pay for cleaning fee. What's a dumb fucking reply!!! There are thousands of good service companies out there. This is not a reliable company. Stay away from this one. If you have to use it, do pay great attention to your personal properties because you don't know what they will steal from your house.

Stay away from this service. Horrible clean job. First they were 4 hours late even though I booked 2 1/2 earlier and confirmed 2 days prior. My service was on a empty house with new flooring throughout,so they did not have to mop just sweep those. It should have been a pretty easy job for them. They told me my blinds were to old to clean, 3 of the large ones were only 2 months old. I was able to clean even the older ones with a washcloth and soapy water, myself. They did not vacuum the carpet in all the rooms, because I saw the vacuum marks in two rooms but not the rest of the rooms. They did do a good on the bathrooms and ceiling fans. The one lady was rude and did not want to do the windows and when I said I paid extra for windows she begrudgingly did them. Ironically the windows were the best thing they did. I specifically said I wanted a deep clean with Clorox based cleaners. I guess they just used water and soap because I never smelled any cleaning chemicals while they were working. They left stains on the counters that easily came off for me with a Mr. Clean sponge. I was so disappointed, I wrote a letter with all my complaints and the company did not even response with a call, email or text. I was selling the house and made sure the realtor took them off her preferred recommendation list. I am writing this review a month later, after closing the sell.
