Abraham was the technician who came to my home he was very professional good looking and efficient he got to work right away found the issues I need to address. He explain a few options took care of the problem the 1 st time he is very young but obviously trained my a great company. When our heat went out Air Dynasty was quick to send out someone to look at it. Out technician, Rony Mejia, was incredible!!! He was able to do a temporary fix immediately until he got the correct part then came out the 2nd time to replace it. Request him every time and you won’t be disappointed in his work or character. We have a baby at home and I know he went above and beyond for us to have heat during this cold season. We are very thankful for him and all he did for us!
