I sincerely wish I could submit a review without giving this company a single star. My experience with them over the past year has been absolutely exhausting and ridiculous. I gave this company several chances to redeem themselves, and have been disappointed time and time again. I had to submit multiple complaints to their customer service about the fact that the mowing crew that completed work on my property repeatedly left my back gate open - I specifically requested that it be closing when they leave since I have 3 dogs. One of the final mows they completed, they actually managed to leave the back gate open again and to add to the frustration they actually broke the hinge off the gate so it couldn’t shut at all, which, again, isn’t fun as a pet owner. The other complaint was for services that they claimed were complete when nothing was actually done to the property. I took a photo of my very much not mowed lawn and submitted another complaint. They responded that the charge had not officially gone through as of yet and they would go ahead and send someone out to complete the work to justify the charge. Insane that this is something I as the customer have to monitor...otherwise I’m fairly certain I would’ve been charged basically at random regardless of services completed. The level of care given to my property was depressingly lacking. The final straw was when I moved out from that property. I cancelled service through the app several days prior to my move. I even checked the app to make sure that it said my service was deactivated, which it did. And a couple weeks later I was checking charges on my bank account since things didn’t add up when I noticed that I was charged...twice...for lawn services on a house I no longer even lived in. That’s a little over $80 worth of charges. I complained again. I don’t expect anything to come of it to be honest.Just have to eat that loss, probably fair punishment for sticking with a company that has routinely failed to meet some pretty basic standards. Additionally, you can’t delete you payment method - so chances are I’ll have to formally request that all of my personal be removed from their customer database to ensure that I won’t be charged again for services I cancelled. Please, please save your time and money, the lure of this company is the convenience...but nothing about my service has been convenient...or reliable...or pleasant.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is HORRIBLE! The crew that they sent out did a mediocre job on my lawn - couldn't even tell that they mowed/edged. In addition, I had a quote for additional service (flower bed cleanup - $200). Again, the crew was terrible. They didn't even bother completing the entire job - notes were very detailed on what we wanted and were quoted. When I complained, they were not responsive to emails/messages. Had to call every single day for an entire week to finally get them to agree to a refund. In which they only refunded me for half! Do NOT waste your time with this scam of a company!

Incredibly easy sign-up process and great weekly service. Highly recommend them.
