Trim, White Oil Paint in The Woodlands | Mar 2016 | I did this as a favor for my brother who refinished this floor. I didn't charge him but I would have charged the home owner $150 for the work. The stain had bled through the tape that had been used to protect the trim in a few spots. | $150 | The Woodlands, TX
Wood Surface Refinishing in The Woodlands | Mar 2016 | I scraped and sanded this desk top down to raw wood and then stained it. Someone had tried to mix stain with lacquer for some reason which made the desk look terrible. I also touched up some of the moulding and the wall plates. Prep took about 5 hours. I went back the next morning to apply the finish coat. | $300 | The Woodlands, TX
Garage organization in Lakewood Forest | Feb 2016 | 72 linear feet of 2 feet deep shelving and work space. Not exactly a painting project, although I could have sprayed what I built for a little bit more money. The material cost for these shelves and work benches came to roughly $250. The labor, over parts of 3 days was $600. Garage organization kits can cost thousands of dollars. This is an inexpensive alternative. | $850 | Houston, TX
Boy's Feature Wall in Lakewood Forest | Jan 2016 | I painted the feature wall (two coats). And gave an old desk new life. The wall was $200, the desk was $250 and the rest of the cost was materials. I worked on the desk for about an hour each day when I got home. It took a week to finish it and bring it back to customer who was ecstatic with the transformation. | $535 | Houston, TX
Girl's Bedroom in Lakewood Forest | Nov 2015 | The home owner designed this room around the furniture and wall art she had purchased. She had selected the pink color for the feature wall. I recommended that we paint the rest of the room white to hide the light yellow that was there. She was ultimately very happy with this suggestion. The overall project included, minor wall and trim repair, two coats of ceiling paint, two coats of feature wall paint, two coats of wall paint, one coat of trim paint and all material was included in this price. | $1k | Houston, TX |
