Total bait and switch outfit. Sales person came, discussed the job in detail with my wife, quoted us a price. We agreed to move forward, paid our deposit, and met with their designer. The proposed design was nothing like what we wanted, no detail, mostly just blank space in what was supposed to be a mural. When we asked about the change we were advised that to get what we wanted, what we discussed at the outset, would cost several times what was originally quoted. After that they would not return our calls and we had to file a fraud claim with the credit card company to get our money back. Very happy we put the deposit on a card or probably would have had to file suit to get our money back.
