  | Repipe and two tankless water heater installs | Apr 2014 | Labor to repipe a 10,000 Sq foot home with 2 Kitchens, 2 Bars, 6 bathrooms, Etc.. The customer had old galvanized water pipes with several leaks. The work has a 10 Year warranty with a Manablock water pipe system. All the turn-out's are copper and the PEX piping system is Uponor. All the work was installed by Licensed plumbers with Uponor certifications for the maximum warranty by the manufacture along with a matched warranty on all Labor. The Tankless water heaters installed were Navien NPE 240's with stainless steel heat exchangers and have a 15 year warranty.
