This guy has NO idea what he's doing as far as remodeling but gives a lot of lip service. He is extremely deceptive. We began our bathroom remodel, which is a very small bathroom in a bungalow, in April 2016. As of August 1, 2016 it is STILL incomplete. We finally let him go, which we should have done MONTHS ago. We now have numerous items damaged throughout our house including all of our closets, our attic stairs, our floors, and not to mention OUR BATHROOM IS STILL INCOMPLETE. The grout we requested to be use was not used. The grout he opted for without our permission actually ruined our very expensive accent tile. ALL of our closets were damaged and never fixed. Our attic stairs were damaged, floors were damaged, and now we discovered an electrical issue. We had to go through 2 plumbers and 2 electricians and he refused to use the plumber and electrician we wanted to use. He tried to charge us an additional almost 4k for fixing the damages HE caused, which, by the way, he did not fix everything. We demanded receipts but he never produced them so we did not agree to the additional 4k. The tile in the bathtub is not level. He DOES NOT have a "crew" as he first stated in the interview and certainly no one that was here had "over 25 years of experience" (as he also stated). In fact, his father had to step in 10 weeks into the project when we STILL DID NOT HAVE FLOOR, and had an independent contractor come in to assist. We found out week 13 that Sam had not paid this man in 3 weeks yet was telling my husband he "needed to be paid so he can pay his workers". I could go on and on about how AWFUL of a job and experience this has been but I would be writing a book. Take it from our experience, we are out more money than initially quoted and have an unfinished bathroom. RUN AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!

Great service, everything met my expectations and was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely do business again and would recommend to anyone!
We had a leaky shower pan in the master bath. It was repaired in a very professional manner. A skilled worker, who was a combination of carpenter, plumber & tiler, performed the work perfectly. I also had the firm replace the pergola over my back patio. I am still thrilled by the beauty of the completed job of red cedar. The replacement design was unique, but my instructions were followed properly. Both jobs were cleaned up nicely when they were completed. We would recommend this company for almost any repair work.
