![]() ![]() | Charbonneau Residence | Oct 2015 | At the Charbonneau residence we installed our all new 6210 oak hand railing, including custom bending. We replaced the newels with our oak 4091 box newels at the bottom of each stair and metal newel posts. Finally, we replaced the wooden balusters with our PC18/1, PC18/2, and our PC1309/4 wrought iron balusters in our Old World Copper finish, and we stained all the new wood to match the wood flooring. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | Ossineke Home | Aug 2015 | At the Dreamtech Ossineke house we did a full stair build as part of the new construction. We fabricated and installed our 6010 bending rail with 4010 starting newels and volutes, and 4045 landing newel. For the balusters we used our PC49/2 double knuckle and PC22/5 scroll powder coated wrought iron in our old world copper finish. We used custom made 1/2” thick end caps with bullnosed edges and cover to give the stairs a distinctive profile. To finish we used 1/4” oak plywood skirt boards with mitered corners at the risers and PM-1 panel moulding on the edges of the skirts. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The Castillo Home | Aug 2015 | For the newly constructed Castillo home, we installed our 1 2/3” stainless steel newel posts core mounted onto the rake wall. We added a 1 3/4” solid maple handrail, bent to the radius of the stairs, with stainless steel handrail fittings and end caps. To finish, we put in 3/8” clear low iron tempered bent glass panels with flat polished edges and stained the handrail to match the treads and floor. The end result, sleek modern perfection. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The Hubenak Residence | Jul 2015 | For the Hubenak home, we did a full stair remodel. New oak skirt boards, treads, and risers were installed and stained to match existing flooring. Balusters were removed and installed. A new gooseneck was added at the top of the curved handrail. And, finally, we did stain and paint touch up to finish out the renovation. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The Green Residence | Jul 2015 | The Greens Houston home experienced a full stair remodel. The old wooden balusters were replaced with our PC19/2 double honeycomb and PC33/1 scroll powder coated wrought iron balusters, in our Old World Copper finish. The handrail was stripped and stained to match, and the caps and other elements were all touched up to complete the new look. The end result: elegance. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The Callahan Residence | Jun 2015 | For the Callahan residence we removed all of the painted wood balusters, making way for our Peschiera pattern of wrought iron balusters in our Old World Copper finish. We also touched up the stain, as well as painting the rails and caps. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The Davies Residence, Phase 2 | Jun 2015 | For the second phase at the Davies home, we removed the wood balusters on the Main (Front) Stairs and removed all the wood Newel Posts. In their place we installed our 1 2/3 Stainless Newel Posts and our Stainless Steel Round Bar vertically for balusters, as well as new handrail fittings and new shoe rail to accommodate the spacing of the new stainless balusters. The resulting combination offers the sleek modern look of stainless tempered by the warm, comforting feel of the wood risers and railing. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | City Homes - Bellaire | May 2015 | For the Bellaire City Homes job we did a complete stair railing install using our cubed stainless steel and glass panel railing system, consisting of 1 9/16 square tubing for the side mounted newels and handrail, 3/8 tempered clear glass, as well as a wall rail to meet IRC code. We also installed an 18 section of the same style of railing on the exterior balcony using our 316 (marine grate) stainless steel and 3/8 tempered glass. | Houston, TX
![]() ![]() | The MacTavish Residence | May 2015 | For the stairs at the MacTavish home we did a full stair remodel. Taking out the existing wood balusters, we installed our PC18/2, PC33/1, and PC26/1 powder coated wrought iron balusters in our wrought iron black finish. We also removed the paint on the bottom of the handrail, staining the whole rail to match. This Peschiera pattern of balusters gives the stairs a Tuscan air and old world elegance. | Houston, TX |
