K & G Securelink Group Inc

The K&G Securelink company in San Antonio installed what they called a pulse alarm. The cameras they installed quite working with the app they told me to download ten months later! The cameras they installed are NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE ADT PULSE SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED!!!! And now they have the nerve to tell me they will install THE CORRECT COMPATIBLE cameras for 300.00!! AND the owner KNEW his employees installed THE WRONG CAMERAS!! k&g securelink group in San Antonio is a scam! They are NOT accredited by the BBB which is probably why they did not respond to them in reference to my complaint, according to the email I received from them! My next step will be to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office which is my right as a consumer! I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!

And now they have the nerve to want to “fix” the problem by charging me 300 to install THE RIGHT CAMERAS!!!!!!!! WHY DIDNT YOU INSTALL THE RIGHT CAMERAS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!! This company is a scam and they did not reply to the Better Business Bureau in reference to my complaint!!!!!!
