Brown and sterling was hired by Baker Ripley to do some home improvement under their weatherization program. I had so many problems with their workers. I called and sent pictures of their tacky work and I reported their attitudes and how messy they left my home after they were done working in the home. They didn't cover any of my furniture during the installation process to the home. So, I sent them home. They resumed the improvement process 01-10-19. An inspector came out to the home to inspect the home improvements. Their employee, Chris told the inspector that he had installed my ac unit that was donated to me by Baker Ripley and that he had disposed of my old units, this was a total lie because I still have the old units but never received the new. I reported him to Brown and Sterling ans no one has responded to the theft of my unit so, now I am going to the local police and file charges on their worker. Do not allow this company to do any home improvements on your home. The workers are liars and thieves. Linda Brown
