So, you never really know how far your cheerful disposition will go, or the random act of kindness, or how about showing up with in minutes of a call for help? Shawn was all those things today and more, to me and my elderly neighbor, after a day, week and month of bad news, I decided to help a neighbor with her heater, I didn't get as far as I had hoped when decided I was going to need help from a professional. Mr Lambert was so kind, helpful, responsive, he knew exactly what needed to be done, and less then 10 minutes later the heater was working. He was kind and generous with help, and best of all my friend was going to sleep and live in a warm house tonight, when I thought I had failed and she was going to be in the cold, there he was 30 minutes before his business was closing, a random act of kindness to renew my faith in the human race and leave us both smiling. Thanks for being our hero today! Thank you for answering the call I thought no one would answer. We really appreciate it, and I know she will be warm and comfortable tonight.
