I can say those purchases were not easy choices and sometimes the financing was just a big headache and fear. So what do I bring to the table for you, well my commitment and personal experience in real estate. Taking extra steps can prevent some frustration and fears, I know as I learned years ago what I did not do in my first purchase in 1994 to what works now. In particular, I bring to the table the foresight to overcome the problem, such as the importance of finding a lender before you start your search with an agent. And the timely window of inspection and just how important the outcome will assist you in your decision to purchase. But, what about selling? Did you know that a pre-appraisal is a great idea to really know what value you can expect... I dedicate 100% of my energy toward serving my clients.
