WV Riddle Electrical LLC

Had an electrician out to replace a dining room light and he couldn't figure it out. Called Riddle Electric and they come out the next day and quickly fixed what the other guy claimed would need new wiring. So glad I called them. Prompt, Neat, and Professional.

We are a military family, new to area and were in need of assistance. Seeing another Veteran to support their business he was who we called. He said he would be at our house within an hour and was then 2 hours late. Gave us our estimate, we were happy with the price, and said he would be back between 6-8am the following day. That night he pocket dialed our house multiple times at 1am. I got up and was ready by 545am for his potential arrival. It wasnt until 11am someone named Sara called to say he was late but would definitely be by before 1pm. We waited, multiple phone calls later, with no answer, he never showed up. We are so disappointed in a fellow veteran for such lack of care to make a phone call or answer the phone. My breaker panel smells like electrical burn, there are scorch marks coming from the main breaker and this man told us to put a smoke alarm next to it and wait for him. Then he never showed up. Very disappointed. Do NOT reccomend.
