Assemblies Done Right

Just because a company charges double the competition, does not mean that they have a superior service or product. Shop the current DFW market before calling Mark, and if you choose to pay double the going rate, then this is what you could be in for. Mark sent two young adults with terrible customer service skills. Not really a necessity for a labor worker, but when they drive their large work van over your landscaping, you would like to be able to work through that issue. Denial seemed to be the course of action for the crew, and when they encountered an unexpected irrigation line, they were sent home until the irrigation system could be rerouted. The irrigation company found multiple leaks caused by the digging of Mark's crew. Fast forward a couple of weeks to when Assemblies Done Right was to return and finish their work. Instead of doing the right thing and calling us immediately to refuse future service for us, they waited two weeks until the day of scheduled service to cancel. What a guy. I am sure he is great if nothing goes wrong, but when something does, he is not the guy you want to be listening to on the other end of the phone telling you that you are wrong. We used Elvis from PRESTIGE ASSEMBLY. He is the owner and a true professional! What a pleasure to work with!
