Quick to come out and install. If you have any issues post install, even if it is their fault and negligence, good luck.

On 5/21/20 we had damage from storms to our roof. We contacted Classic Roofing as you had good reviews and is Veteran owned. On 06/2/20, JT Taylor came out and did the inspection. Due to Corona, he took a lot of pictures and videos and sent them to the insurance as they were not coming out themselves. The insurance approved and once we received the upfront money, JT came over and brought tiles to pick from and we gave him a check for 2900 (the upfront money). Said everything was good and that because our deductible was below 2000 we would not be out of pocket. He did say that y'all were 2 months booked, but he would see us then. After 2 months and no contact, other than a box of brownies saying they were behind, I called JT and he said that he was no longer with Classic Roofing, but gave me Darren's number who was taking over his clients. I began calling Darren, in September. He said I should be receiving a RT or something like that and i was to sign it and email it to him. When I received it, I realized they wanted me to get another appraisal. I called Darren and asked why as the money was already handed over and everything was great. Darren said that it was not enough to cover the cost. I called my insurance agent who told me to make sure that the appraiser was not an employee of Classic Roofing, that I would not have to pay for the new appraisal, and that I would not have to pay for any legal fees that may occur with doing so. When I relayed this information to Darren, he said the guy was not with Classic, he said i would not have to pay for the new appraisal, but he was unsure what legal fees could be and would have to talk to someone in the office. He never got back to me. I called him 8 times from Sept through December. I also sent multiple texts messages reminding him I needed in writing the answers to my questions. November 10, 2020, he said he would have answers shortly, and that is the last I heard of him. On January 19, 2021 I contacted Classic Roofing asking to speak to the owner. The receptionist asked what was going on and then said that Tracy, the Executive Manager, would be able to help me. She transferred me to his voicemail and I left a message. I called him several times until I managed to catch him on 2/8/21. I told him what has been going on and that our tiles are flying like crazy into our neighbor's yards. He said he was driving but would look at my file when he got to the office. I texted my name, address and phone number to his number so he could look it up. I texted him on March 3, 2021 saying it has been almost a month and I still had not heard back from him. I texted him on March 5,2021, said that our next step was to contact the owner of the company and BBB. Not once did he call or text me through the entire time. As you probably know, we have only one year to get this done. That time is almost up. I need to speak to the owner of the company ASAP. I don't know why it is so hard to get ahold of that person. On 3/26/21, I talked to Darren who stated that they will fix the roof once we pay another $900. I told him we were not going to continue with Classic Roofing, but I would talk to my husband and our insurance agent. I texted him on 4/6/21 and said that we decided to go with someone else and need the downpayment from the insurance back in order to proceed with another roofing company. I included a screenshot that on 6/10/20 insurance paid $2968.60. I also stated that we would be reporting to BBB, FB, Nextdoor, Yelp and any other place we can think of. On 4/20/21, Darren's response was "Good morning Tammie the company is asking for you to please lift the bad review and in doing so will refund the money, minus we have incurred. Thank you". I immediately responded to him that they will refund our money in full because they have done nothing, no costs have incurred, and that I would be adding this to our reviews. It is now 4/28/21, still have not received our money and no communication with us. I called Tracy and of course got vmail, left vm requesting he return my call and money. Again on same day, 4/28/21, called Darren and left same vmail. I also sent a text message regarding the same. I would give negative stars if I could.
