I have a water pressure reducing valve in my yard. The city recently decrease the water pressure in the subdivision and now water pressure is too low to make some of my lawn sprinklers to operate correctly. Unable to open the valve to increase water pressure. I need a plumber to try to turn valve to increase water pressure if unable too then replace the valve. The valve is in a junction box in the front yard.
