Roof Rescue

My name is James Lake. I was visiting a friend who lives near Reed’s Dairy. She had fireworks going off in her culdesac at 11:56pm. There were kids trying to sleep. I drove out to the van (which was a roof rescue van - License Plate 8Bmj765). I rolled down the window and politely said, “It’s a little late for fireworks don’t you think?” There were three Hispanics. One was in a wife beater and had tattoo sleeves. He approached my vehicle as if he wanted to fight and was approaching me in a threatening manner. He was apparently drunk and scared me. The two other Hispanic men seemed more reasonable and sober and held him back. I had to call a patrol because I was worried they would come back to the area and endanger my friend.
