I had Mike Downs do a shower base replacement which at fist the project looked acceptable with the exception of it was left uncompleted and when I repeatedly tried to contact Mike he would not answer my calls or texts. I have now had to contract another contractor to finish the work and I will be taking Mike to court to return the funds required to complete. Very poor service and communications.
