Rondie Latham began roofing homes in the San Fernando Valley in 1989 during his sophomore year in college. After graduating Cal. State University at Northridge in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering - Rondie started on his journey to obtain his C-39 (roofing license) which he achieved in 1993. This is when Ichi Ban Roofing began. This same year he was awarded a contract to be the exclusive roofing contractor for the two branches, of the Home Base Corporation stores for the entire San Fernando Valley. Due to Ichi Ban's performance the following year, he was promoted as the only Home Base Roofing installer for Oxnard, Simi Valley and the Greater Los Angeles area (5 additional stores). Due to his own success and increased customer demands he resigned from Home Base in 1996, and moved his company from the San Fernando Valley to the Inglewood area. At Ichi Ban Roofing experience is our most valuable asset. With 20 years of experience Rondie has encountered most every type of roofing problem. Our staff is highly skilled and capable.
