Based in Irvine, LCS Constructors is a general contractor that provides foundation repair, home addition, and basement remodeling as well as other services. In June of 2010, a property owner contracted them to do a remodeling project using a permit received from Orange County; in October of 2004, they did a demolition project using a permit received from the city of Pasadena.
