I had All American Roofing and Siding call me today as I'm a previous client to find out if I would review their work. I gladly told them that I would do it as they took over a job that was started by another roofing company that took off with my deposit and they happen to be out of town so not much I could do. I actually ended up doing business with them because I kept seeing their signs in different streets around my neighborhood so decided to call them. Marco which he stated was the owner got on the roof and covered a part of the roof that the last company removed shingles to make it look as they were doing work after my deposit and left it that way. Marco made sure that it was covered to not cause further damage. His company didn't ask for a single dime and they were locally and got paid after all the work was done and I was 100% happy with everything. They truly earned my business and the reason I was more than happy to give them a review when they asked me to review their work. It's truly like a bad dream, not only are things wet and have to be dried out next your left looking for a good and honest plumber that won't take advantage of you. Thank goodness for Angie's list and this company. Cliff, the owner came in spoke with us about our options for the hot water slab leak. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We decided to reroute the hot water line as opposed to jack hammering the slab. Cliff and his son found the leak, cut two small holes in inconspicuous locations and ran the new line in half a day. I have hot water!! They were so great at answering my questions and letting me know how it was coming along. This company took us by the hand and guided us through the nightmare. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and this company stands apart. It speaks great volumes when you feel that the work done was honest and with care to your home and delicate feelings.
