  | Lance's new look | Jun 2013 | This was a nice house in a gated community in Irving. However, the windows had a lot of wood-rot. Someone had tried to repair the windows using a lot of caulk and wood filler. The windows did not open because of how the repairs were made (poorly). These type of windows were hand-cranked from the inside of course. I went to the lumber yard to get the wood to repair the windows. I had to cut away the rotted wood and replace it with new pieces. Then i routed the edges to conform to the original shape and contour of the frame. Lastly, fill, sand and paint. | $3k | Irving, TX |
