Poor value. Not responsive in communication. Late to appointment.

Had an appointment scheduled and he never showed up. I subsequently called him and left a message to see if he would show, he never returned the call. Think twice about using someone that does not show up or return calls.

Jason was great and provided prompt and friendly service. Jason was efficient and saved us money by using our current tiles along with some new ones at our request making an attractive design. We are very happy with the repair and would call him again.
