I choose all 5 for the attention. It should actually 1! My washing machine was overflowing on the spin cycle. I had recently got an addition and some of the pipes where not correct. I also explained that I've plumbing issue before the addition and the main drain stops. Rather that assessing the whole situation a clean out drain was installed and "vent". I was billed $351 dollars. $298.60 parts and $26.50 labor and it had to be done because it was not up to code(according to United). When call back for the same problem an hour or so later . He stated that is a leak that is actually causing the problem and that will be more. After a call to the office the bill was reduced to $243.54 because my security system showed they were there less than two hours. The same day I had called another plumbing that cleared everything and was charged $185 to fix the problem in less that 30 minutes. Total ripped off!
