Carolina Concrete

Robert Abrial-owner- took our deposit check and cashed it on the 14th of November. He promised to pour our concrete on the 17th- concrete company could not deliver that date and pour date was changed to the 20th. Continues to make excuses for not completing the work we contracted with him. We requested our money back and for a week he has been stating he is coming to return the $2100.00 deposit and never shows. Sadly, we had no other choice but to turn over to an attorney. This company is surely not recommended by us to anyone.
