I had issues from day one with this company. I was suppose to be credited for my account and was told I wouldn’t have a trash bill until August due to all the issues I have had since May. I joined at the end of April got my trash cans about a week later and then they started missing my trash pick up days. I would have to call and complain and they would have someone come pick the trash up maybe one or two days later but this was an ongoing issue. I guess they got tired of me complaining so I believe I became a target. I wasn’t unaware I had a bill to pay because I assumed what they told me was true about the credits….I called the day after the Fourth of July which is my pickup day to see if they were on schedule. I was informed they were running behind….no big deal. Well trash truck arrived around 9:10pm at night and since my trash was suppose to be picked up that morning/afternoon I had an extra back of trash through the day so I set it on top. The driver threw it on the ground EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE LATE TO GET MY TRASH. I got a phone call the next day about my trash service because apparently I haven’t paid. My service was set to be closed. Not just late payment notification but they were trying to close my account. I guess they got tired of me calling them for every issue ON THEIR END! They DIDN’T credit my account like promised and as I got home from picking up my husband from work today my trash cans were gone. They picked them up without notice or anything after I called yesterday to figure out the issue. This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have went through and regret ever changing to them just because they were cheaper! I now see why! I should have listened to all of the reviews! I now have no trash cans with a household of nine, seven of them being children because the ridiculous unprofessionalism of this company and lack of doing what’s right for their customers because they have lazy route drivers that simply don’t care. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. You shouldn’t have to fight with your trash company to do their job and pick up trash.
