  | Cedar Balcony | Aug 2014 | We were asked to replace a 35 year old balcony that had suffered badly from the elements. The balcony being cantilevered required us to remove the joist that were through the front of the house and attached to the upstairs floor joists. Our initial bid was above our clients budget so we agreed to let them pick up materials, handle the debris removal and paint (we clean our job sites daily) we purchased an American Wasted bag and our client handled the arrangements for the pick up. We had great success and were able to remove the original balcony and have the new one paint ready in 1 1/2 days. | $4k | Broken Arrow, OK |
