The handle on a spigot at the front of our house was broken when we bought the house. The only way to turn the spigot on and off is to use a wrench. I need a exterior new spigot/hose bib installed. House exterior is brick. Turning off water to the line that services the spigot is relatively easy. There is a shut-off valve for the line located just inside the house.
