House for sale and under contract. Home inspected by service chosen by buyer. Items flagged are pressure reducing, kitchen faucet, sink drains, hot snd cold shutoffs under sink. Plumber replaced pressure reducing valve located in basement ceiling; Plumber included temperature and pressure relief valve on water heater which releases excess pressure on water heater. Attempted to repair kitchen faucet but faucet continued to leak; replaced faucet. Also replaced basket strainer on left side of sink, hot and cold water supply shutoffs under sink. Plumber replaced rusted chrome drain in hall tub and resurfaced rusted ring around tub.

During termite treatment, technician drilled through concrete garage floor in multiple locations and hit water supply' line. Plumber Tom determined exact location of leak, jackhammered floor, located leak and repaired 3/4 copper cold water supply line. Plumber Tom replaced concrete and prepared floor for painting. Site was cleaned and all concert debris was hauled off and properly disposed.

2" PVC water main leaking along side of asphalted driveway. Water main covers over 500 feet through uneven terrain. Riff raff drainage composed of 57 stone and various size rocks. Area constantly settling causing leaks at deep well hub connections. Excavate area ; removing rock and gravel . Water main leaking long enough to grow heavy roots around pipe. Cut out roots, expose water main and repair main. Backfill and clean work area .

Project was a combination of plumbing repairs. ATT ran over water meter, pigtail connection from water meter to water main supply and connection to sprinkler system. All connections were replaced; including check valve connection on water meter. Sprinkler connection was under meter and water main; cannot be seen in any posted pictures. This was a Weekend after hours repair that ran into the night time hours. Plumber stayed on job until residence once again had water service to home.

Install1" copper pipe through foundation: attach to existing piping in basement and to waterline outside. Backfill and clean area.
