Dave and his helper redid plumbing in my bathroom and installed a hanging vanity/sink. While doing so, they accidentally got purple plumber's glue on my white vanity. They tried to remove it with nail polish remover which made it even worse. Additionally, they left a torch gun on my hardwood floors and melted off the polyurethane in several spots. After all this, I'm out a $300 vanity and I have to call another plumber to reinstall everything. And where's Dave? Kept getting excused like "my whole family has covid"- so 3 weeks later I reach out again- "not doing too great. I'll get there by the end of the week I promise." Then he just stops answering my calls and texts. In the meantime, I see his company is still actively working.

I am the meantime I see his company is actively working. Not sure I would want to deal with someone who does an incomplete job and then ghosts you. I may fild a complaint with the contractors board.
