PALMS POOL SERVICES,LLC

I originally had a nice young man cleaning my pool. He unfortunately sold to this company and they had a very good pool guy at first so I didn't mind. Something happened to him and the new guy they "hired" (I assume he's a sub contractor) would only come to my pool and dump 1 yellow chlorine container in it and leave. I brought this up many times over the months and even had to buy my own chemicals to fix the mess he would leave consistently. My kids would have to skim the pool themselves before they could swim. We've been here for 4 years and I know how a pool should be cared for. He NEVER checked the water to balance it. Only vacuumed if it was obviously in need (most of the time). NEVER scrubbed the tiles, NEVER skimmed, only added shock when prompted to and even then not enough. NEVER added any base or acid or anything besides chlorine. Unreal. Even after I would fill the pool with 6 inches of water due to massive evaporation. I've complained almost weekly and they simply "apologize" and still charge me. Stay far far away if you live in Port Saint Lucie.

Pool is green, no one wants to go in

Requested Palms Pool to come out and service my pool. Pool looked great crystal clear, I watched the tech clean it he brushed the tiles, checked the chemicals, and vacuumed the floors pool is in mint condition.

was billed for service I never received, and then charged late fees on top of it my outside gate is always locked, and my wife was home so we never received the services we were charged for. I was getting notifications that they had come to service my pool and everything was good. After speaking to my wife she verified no one had ever came. So my pool was being neglected. I reached out to a different company who came to service my pool and they notified me the pool was in very bad shape, and then showed me the pool filter which was clearly in poor shape and had so much debris and sediment that it weighed close to 50 pounds, almost triple what the weight should have been. SO I agreed to have them (navy Blue Pool service based in Jupiter, FL) service my pool to get it back in operational shape. They came in January/February of 2017 and I have a credit card statement showing they charged me for services. I called Palms Pool service to ask why my they were billing me when I wasn't receiving service and they claimed they serviced my pool until March 2017. So why would I pay Palms Pool service for work I never received? I believe the charges are fraudulent and when I called to resolve the situation I was offered to have late fees removed which is unacceptable to me since I'm disputing the service to begin with. As I stated earlier my outside gate remains locked at all times, and my wife was home during the alleged service dates and she said no one ever came to service my pool. Once I brought in a different company they informed me since the pool was turning green and clearly had algie, as well as a bunch of sediment at the bottom of the pool there would need to be several hundred dollars in work. They then showed me the pool filter which was clearly in terrible shape, and had me purchase a new filter immediately. I've received several bill with late fees attached which seem fraudulent. When I spoke with a representative of Palms Pool Service they informed me service had stopped in March of 2017, which makes no sense since I had a different company in January/February of 2017. I would like all charges removed and would like to never be contacted by Palms Pool ever again.
