Corey and his team came in and performed our molding installation for us at a fair price (not the cheapest or the highest) but with great work. Corey was very meticulous in helping us see our options.. and in fact, some of his ideas where past where we were... the end result is a great addition to our home.. it completely changes the look of our house.

Corey and his team with St. John Renovations did an outstanding job of installing a pocket door for me to close off the sunroom from the living room. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he is honest, friendly, and punctual. The workmanship is terrific. He's scheduled to install hardwood flooring in these two spaces after the first of the New Year. I highly recommend St. John Renovations to anyone looking for a reliable and professional carpenter.

Corey is a professional carpenter that always has the customers best interest and budget in mind. He is honest and straightforward. The customer always knows where they stand with Corey. As a general contractor, I fully trust Corey on my job sites and in occupied homes undergoing renovation. He is courteous and professional, and willing to work with homeowners.
