My husband and I hired Chris to tear down our old, rickety deck and replace with a larger, more functional deck. We added a roof over part of the deck to make more of a living space. We came across some hiccups along the way, as is expected in any construction situation, but we were never left out of the loop. We were always informed. We always felt like we were part of the process. And, in the end, we have the outdoor living space of our dreams. Honestly, choosing Chris was the absolute best decision we could have possibly made.

As a new resident of Missouri, I didn't know any of the contractors in the area or expertise on a large remodel to my home. WhenI explained the details during the bidding process, Chris Oswalt was the only one who not only said he could meet my unique requirements but explained how he would get it done and executed those plans as stated. This effort was a total collaboration and I was informed of progress and status through the duration of the remodel. I couldn't have found anyone better to have brought my vision to reality. There were a few hiccups which were out of Pro-Built's hands but as changes occurred he was flexible enough to adapt and stay on schedule. The crew had guideline on how to behave in my home and were very professional and competent in their respective duties. The end product far exceeded expectations and I would recommend Pro-Built Patio to anyone requiring his services. While their name addresses their core business, they have many more skills so don't be shy about asking. I wasn't shy about asking and have a finished basement with display cabinets, an entertainment area, photography and recording studio and a 3/4 bath. Not to mention a 10 X 40' Patio with deck above. Probuilt Patio Enclosures, Inc. turned our backyard from "outta sight outta mind eye sore" to "outta this world." Friends and family are blown away by the transformation. The deck was redone, converting 12 foot deck to a 26 foot deck, added a 46 foot patio that fits partly underneath the deck to hold the Jacuzzi and the other half for our patio furniture. Lastly, a grand fire pit to bring tranquility to the space. We had a rough idea what we wanted, but Probuilt was willing and able to fine tooth these ideas into reality. For example, running electrical for the Jacuzzi underneath the concrete patio to safely enclose all the wiring away from the kids. Probuilt added a 15 foot bench around the Jacuzzi area for additional seating, that my wife and I just love. With that big of a patio, I still have room for my golf net to create my own driving range. We plan on using Probuilt Patio Enclosure, Inc. again in the near future to finish our basement.
