Sometimes you really do get what you pay for - stay away. While the carpet samples appeared to be of good quality and the price was right, in the end the installation process was poor and the carpet started showing abnormal wear after just one month. No problem, right? After all, Jim will brag about the warranty and that you will get tired of the carpet before it ever wears out. But that isn't true. After months of trying to work with Jim who claims to keep contacting the wholesaler and the mill, ultimately there will be no action and a series of excuses. So, new carpet, abnormal wear on brand new carpet and no warranty? Not good. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. I had Mathews and Parlo carpet installed purchased through Cla-Mar wholesaler via Jim Clark (The Carpet Man LLC).
