Needed Mr Knapp to fix a door that had water leaking underneath. We were not told there would be a service charge of $25. We had to give him a ride to Home Depot to purchase the door and window seal, because he had tire issues on his own truck. Then was charged another $25 dollars to spray the sealant around the door. I could have done that myself and saved myself $44. I will not use him again nor recommend him to anyone.
